About This Website

The Bullbots' website was created with, and is hosted by Drupal.  Drupal gives us the framework for managing accounts with different privileges, posting, updating, and organizing new articles, as well as keeping creative and layout control in our hands.  To get the colored yet sleek look of the website we have, we first found a Drupal public theme, and then continued to modify the layout, such as location of menu items and how the front page, and other pages, are positioned.  As well as changing the page's color scheme, tab icon, page titles, and adding image galleries.  The addition of image galleries allowed us to show a slideshow of all our sponsor logos on the side of every page, allowing us to further represent our sponsors.

We have now set up the site so that all of our members can create their own accounts and our administrators can give members permission to edit different parts of the site. We hope that by using this new format we will be able to work together to keep the site more up to date so that the reader can better learn about FIRST and our team.

We also have all of our core videos hosted on Photobucket, which allows many organizations who block certain websites to view the videos, since many companies/websites use Photobucket for their own hosting.  Our website works on all modern browsers such as...

The website is also fully viewable without themes, which allows disabled people to use screen readers with ease.
